每次去都特別兇，房間的門總是打不開，上下跑了好幾回，真的想發火，明明是酒店責任，好像搞的我的錯一樣，很無語，前台服務員態度真的需要調整一下，可是根本就沒看出我有情緒，退房時，還要一直站在前台等查房完了才退，而且等的時間長，也很影響心情！不會再去了，但是有一點，草布間的阿姨説話很温馨，比前台的好太多了，態度也好！
